Privacy Policy

What we collect. Your name and email when you reserve a founding-member spot. When you place your $29 deposit, payment is processed by Stripe — you enter your card details directly with Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number. What we don't collect. No tracking pixels, advertising trackers, or third-party analytics that identify you on this site. How we use it. To reserve and manage your founding spot, contact you about your reservation and Kessa's launch, and process your deposit and any refund through Stripe. What we never do. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or share it with third parties for their own marketing. The only parties who handle your information are the service providers that help us operate (such as Stripe for payments and our email and hosting providers), and only to perform services for us. Cookies. This site does not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. Any cookies are limited to those needed for the site and the Stripe payment process to function. Your rights. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, and unsubscribe from our emails anytime — email hello@kessahealth.com. California residents have the right to know what we collect, request deletion, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share your personal information as defined under California law. Retention & security. We keep your information only as long as needed to manage your founding membership and meet legal and business obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable safeguards, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Children. Kessa is for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Changes. We may update this policy as Kessa grows; material changes will be reflected in the effective date above.

Terms of Service

Who we are. Kessa is operated by Nectar Gummies LLC, doing business as Kessa. By reserving a founding spot or using this site, you agree to these Terms. What you're reserving. Kessa is a subscription app for people using GLP-1 medications, focused on nutrition and muscle-preservation support. The app is in development and not yet available. A $29 founding deposit reserves one of a limited number of founding spots and is applied toward your first membership payment. Founding members lock in $99/year — for a membership otherwise offered at $299/year — for as long as the membership stays active and continuously renewed. Founding benefits, timing, and features may evolve as we build, and we'll keep founding members informed. Not medical advice. Kessa provides nutrition information, education, and tools to support your wellness. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical care. Kessa is not a healthcare provider and does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or manage medication. Decisions to start, change, or stop any medication — including GLP-1 medications — should be made with a qualified healthcare professional. Always consult your doctor before changing your medication, diet, or exercise. Renewals & cancellation. When your membership begins, it renews automatically each year at your locked-in rate unless you cancel. Cancel anytime by emailing hello@kessahealth.com (or through your account once the app launches); cancellation stops future renewals. Conduct. Provide accurate information, use the site lawfully, and don't misuse or disrupt it. Payments. Payments and refunds are processed by Stripe. Submitting a deposit authorizes the applicable charge. See the Refund Policy below. Intellectual property. The Kessa name, content, and materials on this site are owned by Nectar Gummies LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. Disclaimers & liability. The site and any pre-launch materials are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nectar Gummies LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California; disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts in Placer County, California. Changes. We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the updated version.

Refund Policy

Your $29 founding deposit is fully refundable, anytime, for any reason, no questions asked — up until your founding membership begins and your first payment is charged. To request a refund, email hello@kessahealth.com from the address you used to reserve your spot. Refunds return to your original payment method through Stripe and may take a few business days to appear depending on your bank. If you keep your reservation, your $29 deposit is applied toward your first membership payment when Kessa launches. Because the app is not yet available, your deposit reserves your founding spot and locked-in rate; it is not a charge for a live service.
